Using HappyParentsHappyKids Personality Reports is a fun, simple, non-intimidating and confidential way for you to objectively learn more about your family members and receive helpful advice that can improve communication within your family.

Our tag line says it all! While we are all an integral part of our family there will always be different personality styles among individual family members. How many times have you noticed how different your kids are to one another? Why aren’t they like you? Why aren’t you like your parents? Along with these different personalities comes the relationship dynamics that are part of every family.

There are huge relationship benefits for families and parents who can understand and accept the different personality/behaviour styles of their children, their partner and themselves, that create the relationships and daily interactions that define a family.

Our aim at HappyParentsHappyKids is to assist families by:

Lets state up front what HappyParentsHappyKids is not. We are not a counselling service nor do we aim to provide any type of psychology services or deal with any specifically diagnosed behavioural problems. These are issues for medical professionals and we will always refer such issue back to the medical community.

Management Team and Advisers

Dr. Ilan Kogus has a Ph.D. in Change Management and Sport Psychology and has more than 20 years experience in behavioural profiling. Dr Kogus is co-founder and Technical Director of MyProfile Pty Ltd (www.myprofile.com.au) and consults to organisations, families and individuals on how to achieve greater teamwork and success. He is noted for his work in inspiring success, change, quality and teamwork and has a proven unique ability in solving conflicts and creating successful family and business environments. Dr. Kogus is also known for his innovations in applying psychological and behavioural techniques for peak individual and team performance with elite sporting teams. These include the Australian 2000 Olympic Team, the Australian Wallabies (1999 World Rugby Champions) the Australian Junior Wallabies (1998 World Champions) the Sydney Flames NBL basketball team and Tennis Australia. Dr Kogus is an accredited Life and Business Coach and is a Principal Consultant with the Institute of Human Excellence (www.ihexcellence.org). Ilan is married and has two adult children, he plays a mean game of tennis and makes a great cappuccino.

Peter Eeles is Managing Director of HappyParentsHappyKids. Peter has a broad background in developing and managing technology based service businesses. He has significant background working in international markets in the technology field. Personally, Peter has had a long term interest in behaviour styles and how they come into play in the work and home environment and has used this knowledge with great success in previous businesses developing strong team relationships. This interest and experience resulted in the genesis of HappyParentsHappyKids in 2006. Peter is married and has two adult children, never seems to have enough room in his garage and is a very average golfer.
