Before you commence your assessment please take a moment to
read this information. Your Behaviour Profile Report is created
from your response to statements we ask you in the
questionnaire.
Things you should know before you start your questionnaire
- This is a profile NOT a test. There are no right or
wrong answers and you cannot pass or fail.
- You should complete this report when in a relaxed frame
of mind and you are unlikely to be interrupted.
- The questionnaire should take about 15 minutes to
complete.
- Make the selection yourself and avoid asking others what
they think.
- It is important that you answer the questions honestly
so that your report is accurate.
- You cannot go back to a previous section once you have
clicked on the Next Section button. Do not use the Back
button on your internet browser.
- The report will be sent to both your email address and
the email address of the purchaser of your voucher.

Answering The Questionnaire
You will be asked to answer a series of questions grouped into four
statements.
Each question describes a behaviour attitude or style.
For each question, select the statement that MOST accurately describes your behaviour,
by clicking on the box. Then select the statement which is not like you
or LEAST like you.
For each group of four statements you can only choose ONE that is
MOST like
you and ONE that is LEAST like you.
