 How It Works

Jobprofile uses the same psychometric tools Fortune 500 companies use to find the right person for the job. Profiles are broken into 32 groups of questions. Each group consists of four statements. Job seekers simply choose one that is most like them and one that is least.

Within a few minutes of completing the profile a report is sent via email and based on the responses, allocates 1 of 4 personality styles, which are: Driver, Promoter, Supporter, or Analyser or a combination of these.

By understanding each job seekers personal preferences or style, Recruitment consultants are provided with the right information to help the job seeker choose a career path that is right for them.
