young people to reach their potential, and guiding young people on the right
career path is our passion and our purpose.
My Career Match is the culmination of all our experience, expertise and
knowledge. It is a powerful new career test that helps young people discover
their natural gifts and talents and ultimately leads them to choose a career
that’s right for them. It gives them all the information they need to make an
informed decision.
It’s now become a global journey for us – together with our wonderful team –
to provide career profiles to school students, school leavers and university
students all over the world.

Chanesman and Ilan Kogus PhD. The company specialises in online personality

About Nathan Chanesman, Founder & Chief Executive
Officer
Dedicated to helping young people reach their potential Nathan Chanesman
is a leading expert on careers and personality styles. He is the Co-Founder and
Chief Executive Officer of Mycareermatch and Myprofile, online career profiling
companies helping tens of thousands of individuals achieve success in their
careers and personal enrichment in their lives.
Since 1985 he has been providing professional services in recruitment, career
consulting and management. After working with thousands of job applicants and HR
Managers, Nathan drew from his diverse experience in ‘finding the right person
for the job’ to create My Career Match. Together with a team of behavioral
psychologists and careers advisers Nathan created a powerful internet approach
to career management for students and job seekers.
