Research Results
Since 2000 Myprofile has profiled an estimated 450,000 people world wide.
Myprofile reliability and validity trials were conducted in 2005 with over 85%
accuracy rating. The same profiling methodology has been applied to My Career
Match.
Between February and August 2008, 457 students from five Sydney
secondary schools trialled MyCareerMatch.
134 students (29%) have to date completed their feed back
questionnaire and the results can be viewed by clicking on the link below. The
report will be updated as forms are received.
Key statistics indicate:
63% reported that the assessment was relatively easy for them to complete
93% reported that the profile was a reasonably accurate portrayal of them
84% reported their career profile was easy for them to understand
83% reported that their career profile gave them new career options to
consider
74% reported that the report helped them to understand why people are
different
91% considered that their report was of value to them
85% said that the report would be helpful in applying for a new job
80% said they would probably recommend MyCareerMatch to their friends
