Delivery of Your Order

Shipping charges are intended to cover overhead costs associated with processing orders, handling, sending and shipping products to you. For more information please feel free to contact us at: mish@myprofile.com.au 

Calculation of shipping charges is part of this site’s "Checkout" process and is displayed before your order is sent. The charges account for the shipping destination as well as the mass/weight of your order. Should the web site calculated charges vary significantly from our actual costs we will contact you prior to processing your payment and request adjustment.

Shipping Details
We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours from receipt of payment. Consignment details will be retained for tracking purposes. Delivery times will vary depending on location. Please allow 7 – 21 days after placement of your order, depending on your location. This time may vary depending on the area in which the item is to be delivery. Please note that Myprofile will not be held liable for any postage delays incurred by Australia Post. It is your responsibility to advise us if the parcel has not been delivered. If an item is lost or not delivered, Myprofile will investigate the matter with Australia Post. Then depending on the outcome of such investigation and to the discretion of Myprofile, a replacement item will be sent. Furthermore, Myprofile will not warrant the cancellation of an order as a result of delays with Australia Post local or international services. Please note that delays will occur at peak periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc, whereby our delivery times may not apply. Shipping and Handling Fees
The fees payable will vary according to the size and destination of your order. It will be calculated automatically according to the items you order and your location, and will be displayed on your order form before you place your order.

Pricing and specifications
Every effort is made to ensure that prices and specifications quoted are current, but are subject to change without notice. Your order and pricing will be confirmed prior to billing and shipping.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand may cause us to run out of certain items. If an item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email. Your credit card will only be billed for items after they are shipped, therefore the out of stock items will not appear on your invoice or bill. We are unable to accept back orders at this stage.

Returns Policy
Orders that are received damaged will be replaced after approval by Myprofile, provided they are reported to Myprofile Pty Ltd within 7 days from receipt of delivery, and returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any such claims will result in replacement of goods, or if not possible to exchange, a refund will be issued. Please contact mish@myprofile.com.au  . Freight costs back to Myprofile Pty Ltd are the responsibility of the customer.
