Once you proceed through our checkout process and have confirmed your order, you will be given an order number. You may keep this page for your own reference if you like, however our system will automatically send an email to your supplied email address confirming your order and order details.

Upon notification from eWay of authorization of your payment, Myprofile will
then dispatch your order. For online profiles, you must order directly from the
main Myprofile website (
www.myprofile.com.au ), and purchase the online product of your choice.
These payments are also processed directly through secure payment gateway eWay.

If you prefer not to give your credit card details, please email us with your

Please identify your payment with the Order Number found on your order confirmation email. If you are unable to use a reference number at the time of payment, then you will need to send us an email at mish@myprofile.com.au advising us of the time, date and place of your transaction so we can then track and confirm your payment.
Direct deposit payments will be shipped once the funds are reported cleared (may take a few days to clear).
Paypal is an easy and secure way to make payments over the internet.
After completing your order we will email a copy to you for your records which will show your order number and amount due. To pay with Paypal, type your Order Number and Total Amount you are paying then enter the Paypal Payment Gateway.
